We Collect
Book a free collection. We’ll collect your items in person where available, or arrange a convenient DPD collection anywhere else.
We Prepare & Price
We inspect, photograph, measure and professionally present each accepted item. We agree the selling price with you before anything goes live.
We Sell
Your items are listed on Vinted for 6 weeks. They stay at the agreed full price for the first 4 weeks, then move to the agreed reduced price for the final 2 weeks.
You Get Paid
Once an item sells, we handle the buyer, packing, postage and everything in between. You receive your agreed share of the sale.
You’re in Control.
If your item doesn’t sell, you choose what happens next.
Return Your Items
We’ll return your unsold items to you via DPD. You cover the return delivery cost.
eBay 7-Day Auction
We list your item on eBay in a 7-day auction, starting at £9.99 to give it another chance to sell.
Donate to Charity
Prefer to give back? We’ll donate your unsold item to a charity from our approved list.
